		<description>What about ventilation?  Last thing I would want would be to be trapped in an underground sardine can with hordes of the undead piling up at any/all entrance and exit points.  Besides the undead, the living can pose a great threat too,  if they know of your &#039;safe haven&#039;.  They would probably tear open any access points, hoping for a splace to stay.  I guess it would depend on the severity of the outbreak, but it is better than most ideas.</description>
