i heard that the video were it shows zombies attacking a soldier and ripping him to pieces that the footage was real but to protect the idenity of the people who send the video that they put it that the video was from a game call stalkers but is not cause they are talking russian hello ppl think about it!! it is very obvious lol :)

a week or i dont know a special ops team went to a condamnd buliding and was attacked by 7 or 8 zombies 1 was bitten and tured the other 2 special ops had to shoot.ps it happen in new orlans.

You can’t smell your own odor or another persons odor because of sensory adaptation. In other words, you smell it, but you don’t notce it because you are always smelling it your mind blocks out the smell so that it doesn’t drive you completely insane. Trying to think of times when there is a really bad odor, like when you take out the garbage. If you are close to it for a long time then the smell goes away. Right? Not really. You body adapts to the smell and you no long notice it. This is also why when you eat food has less taste if you continue to consume the same item over and over.
A zombie doesn’t have this problem because they are forced to rely on all their senses and not just a few like most people. Also since their brain has been altered by the virus they will home in on the odor of a living person. However, they will use their other sense as well, if that is more productive. I hope that explains it. It’s late here, and I’m quite tired. Anyway, thanks for the questions, it’s given me an idea for an article for ZAC.

It’s strange that humans can’t smell one another unless someone has bad body odor, but yet a zombie can smell because it’s apart of it’s five senses. Would becoming a zombie enhance your sense of smell? Because if it didn’t then then how would it be able to smell us. Humans can’t determine the distinct smell of another human. And yet a zombie can before it rots away. I believe your right but I don’t see how that works.

Again the answer is yes and no, but not nearly as confusing. A fresh zombie will not have decayed to the point where it’s senses will be affected. So it will likely be able to smell, see, and hear you. As time passes, however, the zombie will decay and it’s senses will decay with. So an older zombie very well may be your movie classic zombie that is stumbling around dragging it’s feet in that shuffle that movies have made famous. That older zombie will also be a less of a threat since it will be less aware, but take nothing for granted.
