Apologies for the lack of activity on our part.  I personally have been facing some medical issues that have forced me to cut back on some things I am involved with, which meant that this site had fallen down on the priority list.  For those that have submitted emails requesting to be an author, those requests have not fallen on deaf ears and we are working to implement new authors, new opinions, and new theories into the site.  Thank you for your patience.
