I'm not a scientist, but I took some biology and anatomy classes, and I'm pretty sure that movement of any kind would produce some kind of heat. So my theory is: Zombies at rest produce no heat, while zombies in motion produce some (a very little) heat. Of course, the anatomy and biology classes also said that zombies aren't possible, and we all know the truth about that. So, grain of salt. One thought on the matter:
