I’ve been reading here and find some comments …. extreme and inhuman. You, the last survivors of humanity who are willing to forget the same ideas of that humanity and kill an innocent life who might be the last hope of a new future.

It is easy to say that you will kill the child or baby because it cries or makes noises …. now let’s see if you wil do the same in real life and when it is your baby.

Life is sacred , especially in dark times of an apocalypse.

I would go with the quiet the baby with my hand. If the zombies hear the baby we are all going to die, so the chance of the baby possibly suffocating to save the group just has to be. Sorry baby.

Scenario 2

This one has two outcomes. 1) Join us and share your food and supplies and have a better chance against the zombies, or 2) I take all there stuff and leave them for dead. I have to think of my group and our lives.

Scenario 3

I love my sister and would do anything for her, but the fact that she is more than likely infected I would save the medicine, tie her up and monitor her and if she did not turn then good for all, but if she did then it is no longer my sis and she would be shot.

2 I would decide if the kids were a threat to me or not before I would either trade with them or kill them and take their things.

3 Well, I’m not sure. If she shows signs of anything or if she starts acting strangely, I would be a bit more precautious around her. Like I would have a weapon on me at all times. But it would depend on if the scratch effects her or not.

You’re most likely partly dehydrated and malnutrition yourself from lack of food and water. How are yo gong to take care of this baby? If it can’t be breast feed, and you can barely feed yourself.

I think people fail to think logically and look at the bigger picture. The chances of the babe surviving are slim. It wll most likely subcum to malnutriotun just like you. It’s prone to getting sick easily too. Are telling me that you’d rather an infant suffer a slow painful death? Rather than mercy killing it.

1. I’d try my best, but I think a mercy kill is better. In the current environment the likelihood of a baby surviving is slim. Instead of holding a dying infant in my arms for weeks, I’d rather put it to rest.

2. Have the kids join us, show them what we can offer besides taking their resources.

3. I’d watch her closely before making any decisions. Of course I’d still feed her, and give her the antibiotics.

If my kid sister gets scratched I wait. I watch her for every second she is ill. It could be infection from a nasty claw and not the infection that turns zeds into zeds. The antibiotics I would use would be to combat her fever and ease her suffering. Once she has turned….well she is not my sister anymore and down she goes.

2. I agree with the majority; the best outcome would be to have the kids join your group of survivors. However in this apocalyptic environment you don’t know who you can trust. At the same time, above all things, we cannot lose our humanity. I’d take half the food and water with my apologies.

3. Antibiotics are used to combat bacterial infections; if the sickness is caused by a virus it’s likely they wouldn’t do any good. On the other hand this is my sister we’re talking about. There’s no such thing as wasting medication if there’s a chance it’ll work. Give her the drugs and monitor her reaction.
