Hey so I live in Colorado Springs, CO. Some of you may have heard of it. We’ve got this huge as fire raging pretty close by. They’ve got a small area just south of us called Manitou Springs under full manditory evac. Hoping they can get it under control, but crimes through out the city have spiked. We’ve got some serious looting going on, buddy of mine works at lowes and they had a couple people try not just shop lifting but full blown robbery. Everybody is a little freaked, I’m seeing this as a test for survival mentality.

Colorado is attempting to self-destruct people. It’s getting insane. 32000 people evacuated from their homes and they’re talking of expanding it. Houses are burning west of i-25 and no confirmation on any deaths yet. But unconfirmed reports of gunfire coming from downtown. Ash is falling like snow. Shady people out and about. I’m ready to rock and roll with my side and rifle. It’s scary but a do-able situation.

that looks pretty usefull in a fight but for someone like me who has little military training would be pretty unwieldy.
Also hangman keep out of the hotspots and stay safe. avoid people you dont know and dont make yourself a target. Im not sure how bad it is from how you described it but if you are walking around with a weapon people who are just trying to stay safe the looters may will panic easily. stay safe and good luck.

Everything is pretty calm now, the police got it under control. Well for the most part. We got some favorable winds today and they managed to get it under some form of control. Ash hasn’t fallen today and it’s stayed pretty clear (smoke) today. Nobody was out and about unless they had to be. For a couple nights it was pretty worrisome. But in the end, we’re all safe.

Unless your on a rooftop or other stationary location that gun would be useless. I want to see a video of someone running with that beast with zombies on their heels.Did you see how long it took him just fumbling around with all those flashlights? Showing off gets you dead.
