Let’s face it.  Nobody knows where or when the attack will come.  All we know is that one day we will all have to face off against the undead.  The best way to prepare is to consider as many scenarios as possible.  This month’s scenario is simple: your home.

Fleeing the undead on your own is never recommended, trying to flee or fight alone is almost a death sentence no matter how good you are or think you are. Even though there will always be exceptions that prove the rule a group represents your best chance of surviving the undead and staving off insanity.

When situations go sour, public safety is called to run toward the problem while others run away.  Public Safety facilities are viewed by many as a safe haven, where they will not be harmed.  During a zombie outbreak, this is not necessarily so.

Recently I have been flipping through my copy of “The Walking Dead” and came across an interesting point which would be appropriate for debate and discussion here.  It gets at the very heart of the undead and their motivations. Can zombies be fooled by using their sense of smell against them?

  While we might feel that we are prepared, have you actually considered the steps you would take during a zombie attack?  The ”Zombie Scenario” helps with that task.  This scenario deals with an outbreak while stuck in traffic.
